Unless expressly stated in this privacy policy, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and there are no legal retention obligations preventing its deletion.
If the data is not deleted because it is required for other, legally permissible purposes, its processing will be restricted, i.e., the data will be blocked and not processed for other purposes.
These legally permissible purposes also include the storage of evidence of consent given (e.g., dates of consent for Meta SDK or Firebase Analytics) and the acceptance of user agreements (terms and conditions). We store this data to fulfill our accountability obligations (Art. 5 (2) GDPR) and to assert or defend legal claims for a period of generally three years after termination of the user relationship or deletion of the user account.
This also applies, for example, to data that we are required to retain for commercial or tax law reasons.

2.9.4. Meta SDK for app events
We use the Meta SDK to measure app events (e.g., purchases, registrations) in order to optimize our application and our marketing campaigns. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland. The provider processes usage data (e.g., websites visited, interest in content, access times), meta/communication data (e.g., device information, IP addresses) in the USA.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Processing is based on consent. The data is deleted when the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies and there is no obligation to retain it.
The legal basis for the transfer to a country outside the EEA is an adequacy decision. The security of the data transferred to the third country (i.e., a country outside the EEA) is guaranteed because the EU Commission has decided, within the framework of an adequacy decision pursuant to Art. 45 (3) GDPR, that the third country offers an adequate level of protection.
The data will be deleted when the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies and there is no retention obligation. Further information is available in the provider's privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/policy.php.
